Meet Amber Reese,
I had the pleasure of working with Amber and her team of therapists for a brand session at their therapy office in Tomball, Texas.
Whereas a personal branding session features only a business owner (typically a solopreneuer or startup entrepreneur), a team branding session incorporates not only the owner but the teammate or teammates that walk alongside him or her.
Amber started her business in May of 2021 and had already built a team of therapists by the time she scheduled her first brand photography session!

In our initial discovery call,
we talked about how we could visually communicate that she was the leading force behind Bluebonnet Therapy Services while also highlighting the incredible team behind her.
When scheduling a team branding session, strategy is paramount to ensuring that your goals are accomplished within our allotted timeframe. Efficiency is important since your whole team will be present.
Here's what that process looks like when planning a team session:

discovery call
During this first call, there are no strings attached! You're sharing your photography needs and we're getting a sense of if we'd work well together. If it seems like we're a good fit, we'll go ahead and pick a date for your session so the planning process can get rolling.

booking + questionnaire
Contract signed, deposit paid, you're in! You'll receive a detailed questionnaire that will help me understand your goals and begin planning a session that accomplishes those goals. For example, one of Amber's goals was to fill her new SLP's caseloads so we wanted to be sure to get images of these therapists interacting with clients (in this case, models).

photoshoot guide
I will utilize what you share on the questionnaire to create a visual representation of our photoshoot day. Amber shared on her questionnaire, for example, that she wanted to communicate: Family friendly, playful, happy, calming. The inspiration images I included on her photoshoot guide reflected this vibe.

Strategy call
The last (and, in many cases, most important) step before photoshoot day is to hop on a strategy call so that we can talk through the photoshoot guide and make sure we are on the same page, making any last-minute changes so that you seem like the most organized team leader on the planet for the day of the photoshoot!
Amber's 6-month goal for her session
was "that people might feel more confident in recommending us or choosing us for their children's therapy because of our branding photos showing off our clinic." One of the easiest ways to build confidence in your business and in your brand is by presenting a cohesive & professional picture of your team and what you have to offer on your website, social media, and print materials.
How could brand photography positively impact your 6-month goals?
