Photoshoot Goal:
Create professional visual imagery to aid in positioning Konae as a thoughtful realtor and relatable resource when it comes to buying/selling a residential or commercial property in Houston.
Step 1
The objectives
Personable & professional
Konae works in both residential and commercial real estate. One of the photoshoot objectives was to create a cohesive personal brand that shows her vibe as a realtor. We wanted a mix of professional and personal content as well as hints at the "grit" she has to see a project through from start to finish for her clients.

Diverse skill set
The services Konae offers her clients are as diverse as her skill set - selling, buying, starting/growing brick & mortar businesses, building an investment portfolio... she sees her role as making the process easy for her clients. She needed images for a variety of medium including listing / buyers presentations, small print materials like business cards, and for sale signs.
Ease marketing strain
Konae wants to spend the majority of her time working for her clients, not on her marketing. She wanted a large curated library of images that could demonstrate her diverse skill set while all maintaining the visual cohesion required for building a strong personal brand. Konae booked a Classic brand session so she could create 6-12 months of content in just one morning.
Step 2
The planning process
Based on Konae's detailed questionnaire, I determined that we would want to visit a home for our second location. I typically secure rental homes for my clients but Konae had the connections to get us in at a gorgeous model home only 20 minutes from the studio!
On our pre-session strategy call, we talked through the timeline and clarified the shot list to ensure we got everything we needed in just three hours (so Konae could get back to doing what she does best). She walked away with more than 100 images for building the business of her dreams.
